Who is responsible?

Invisible Connect is a brand of Invisible Connectivity Private Limited, which is responsible for the personal information collected through this pre-launch interest form.

What the form collects

• Your name — to identify and address your enquiry.
• Your phone / WhatsApp number or email — to contact you through the channel you provide.
• PIN code or locality — to understand where interest comes from and discuss your enquiry. This is not a coverage check.
• Home or Business choice — to understand the kind of connection you are interested in.
• Contact consent and submission information — to record your choice, the notice version and a submission reference. Service providers may also record receipt times and technical information needed to process and protect the form.

Do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in this form.

Why we use it

With your consent, Invisible Connect uses these details to respond to your interest, discuss your home or business enquiry, and send relevant pre-launch and launch updates through the contact channel you provide.

Registering interest is optional. It is not a service order and does not confirm availability, coverage, plans or a launch date. You can leave without submitting.

Who handles your details

The form sends your enquiry to FormBold for processing. Depending on the account settings, it stores submissions in the dashboard and sends notifications to the designated enquiry inbox. Authorised Invisible Connect staff and the selected email provider will handle those enquiries.

Google reCAPTCHA protects the active form from automated submissions. It may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and interactions, and use cookies under Google's policies. The verification response is passed to FormBold.

These providers may process information outside India. Their policies describe their own practices: FormBold Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms.

How long details are kept

Unconverted enquiries will be kept for six months from submission, then deleted from the active enquiry records, including FormBold, the enquiry inbox and any working exports. You can request deletion earlier using the privacy contact below.

If information must be retained to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute, it will be limited to what is needed for that purpose. Backup deletion will follow the applicable provider’s backup cycle. If you become a customer, information needed for the service will be handled under the applicable service notice.

A future service application will have its own applicable notices. This notice covers pre-launch interest only.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit. You can withdraw contact consent, ask to correct your details, request access or deletion, or raise a privacy concern using the contact below. Provide only enough information to identify your enquiry; do not send identity documents unless specifically needed through an appropriate process.

Withdrawing consent stops future consent-based contact about this interest. It does not undo processing already carried out. You can use the same privacy contact for any questions about retention or your request.

Browsing and younger visitors

This website has no analytics, advertising trackers or first-party cookies. Its form does not save your entries in browser storage. When the form loads Google reCAPTCHA, Google's processing described above applies. The hosting provider may maintain technical access logs.

This form is intended for enquiries from adults aged 18 or over. Younger visitors should ask a parent or guardian to enquire using the adult's own details.

Changes to this notice

If the purpose of collection or handling changes, the notice and consent process will be updated as appropriate. The effective date above identifies this version of the notice.
